(a) Admission and Withdrawal
1. Admission to classes will be strictly through draw of lots

2. Admission will depend on availability of seats.

3. Only short listed applicants will be allowed to appear in the admission test, which will be the sole criterion for regular admission to the school.

4. Parents would have to deposit all the requisite documents and admission fee within 3 days of passing the admission test. If they fail to do so, it would be taken to mean an automatic withdrawal from the admission procedure and cancellation of registration.

5. In case of lack of the requisite documents like Birth Certificate, SLC/TC, previous school Report Card, etc. admission to such a candidate shall be deemed as provisional.

6. Any student caught using unfair means during an examination will not be retained on the school rolls.

7. In case a student stops attending the school without prior information to the school authorities his/her name will be struck off the school rolls after six consecutive days of absence, and re-admission will be granted only after seeking a written permission from the Principal and depositing Rs 500/- as re-admission fee.

8. If a Students remains absent school for a day, he/she will have to pay Rs 20/- as absence fine for a single day. (for Classes VI to XII)

9. Every student will have to apply for leave in advance to avoid imposition of fine.

(b) School Fee
1. The school fee can be deposited in 4 installments.

2. Fee once deposited shall not be refunded in any circumstances.

3. If the school dues remain unpaid beyond one month after the due date, the child's name may be struck off the school rolls, and the parents of such a child will e solely responsible for the academic loss the child may have to suffer.

4. School fee can be deposited between 8:00 am & 3:00 pm on any working day.

5. All fees should be deposited by the 10 of the month. Any delay in depositing the fee up to 15 days shall entails a fine of Rs 10?- and if this delay exceeds even 15 days, a fine of Rs 100 per day shall be added to the pending fee.

6. The 4th and final installment must be deposited before 20th Jan. If the school dues remain unpaid after this date, the child shall not be allowed to appear in the final exam.
 
LEAVE & ATTENDANCE
100% attendance is desirable. Leave can be granted only in case of serious lines or eventuality or the marriage of a near relative on the production of a valid document. Parents are advised not to insist on obtaining leave for their children except when it is absolutely necessary.

Note: A minimum of 75% attendance is essential for promotion to the next class.
Promotion Policy class IX to XI Minimum 33% marks in aggregate in al the exams. A child must score minimum passing marks in theory as well as in practical's separately. If a child fails to score required passing marks in different subjects. The school reserves the right to detain the child.

MISCELLANEOUS
1. Parents/Guardians/Students are expected to sincerely adhere to all the existing rules and egulations of the school which may be modified form time to time. In case of a dispute, the decision of the Principal will be final and binding on them.

2. Throughout his/her stay in the school, a student will be governed by the strict code of discipline of the school and any breach of it may lead to his/her immediate expulsion from the school.

3. Every student shall always carry his/her Identity card with him/her for any random identification purposes and checking any illegal infiltration.

4. Student's participation in all the functions and activates of the school is compulsory.

5. All the students shall converse in English on the school premises.

6. All the students shall attend the school in properly ironed uniform only.

7. Any damage to the school property, caused by negligence or deliberate mischief shall have to be compensated by the defaulter. The quantum of such damage shall be determined by the Principal for the purpose of recovery of the loss.

8. Retention of any unauthorized reading material is strictly prohibited on the school campus.

9. Fine will be imposed on he students for violating the school norms e.g. coming to school without wearing the prescribed uniform, not bringing books/notebooks, causing any damage to the school property, coming late, remaining absent, using abusive language, etc.

10. No student is allowed to come to school by bike or by car in case he/she does not possess a valid driving license.

11. The school shall not be responsible for any injury received by the student while undertaking any academic or extra curricular activities in or out of the school e.g., Practical Exam, Sports, Trips & Tours, Swimming, etc, nor shall it bear any expenses incurred thereupon. However, it will provide first-aid and inform the parents with all promptness.

12. The school rules can be modified at any point during an academic session without any prior information and these modified rules will be applicable to all old and new admissions.

13. Persons carrying arms shall not be allowed to enter the school premises in any case.

14. Aptitudes, capabilities and interests do very from person to person. Hence, a child's academic performance should never be compared with that of others, however, the school puts in is sincerest efforts for an all-round development of all its students.
 
Code of Conduct
The student admitted to the school is supposed to follow all rules and regulations of the school. If he/she violates them, he/she will face strict disciplinary action

At DPSI :

. I will respect and preserve my school property.

. I am aware that I should not bring money, valuable items, toys, expensive stationery, sports equipment.

. I am aware that cell phones or electronic devices are not allowed in the school.

. I will label all my belongings.

. I will wear the proper school uniform.

. I am aware that bringing any objectionable material to school can call for any strict against me.

. I will reach school on time.
