Laboratories provide an experimental foundation for the theoretical concepts introduced in the lectures. It is important that students have an opportunity to verify some of the ideas for themselves. At Dewan Public School International, Meerut well equipped Science laboratories gives hands on experience to the learners.

 

Physics Lab

A Physics lab aids a student in establishing the relevance of the theory. It brings clarity in the mind of the students regarding the basic concept of the subject. The well equipped laboratory gives students facility to experiment and learn. There is a wide range of physics laboratory equipments from the common ones like magnets, pulleys, pendulums, inclined planes, heat lamps, beakers, lenses, glasses, tuning forks, scalesetc to sophisticated ones like, Electromagnets, Voltmeter, Potentiometer, MetreBridge, Optical benches etc.

The lab covers all experimental activities related to mechanics, thermodynamics, electricity, magnetism, optics, semiconductor physics, and digital electronics. It is guided by highly qualified and motivated team of teachers.

 

Chemistry Lab

The chemistry laboratory is designed to support and illustrate chemical concepts studied in the lecture portion of the course, as well as to introduce important laboratory techniques and encourage analytical thinking.

All safety protocols are followed at all times. There is wide spectrum of lab equipments and chemicals in the lab to meet all the requirements of experiments. A highly qualified team of teachers motivate the students during lab hours.

 

Biology Lab

Biology is an incredibly fascinating field of study, because it is so fundamental to our world. Biology plays a role in everyone’s lives and touches almost every domain of our existence in some way.

The lab has sufficient number of equipments , models and chemicals as per the curriculum .The school’s botanical garden is replete with variety of plants which helps the students in studying various properties and structures of plants .Students find all the answers to their problems by highly skilled and qualified teachers.

 

Mobile Lab

The whole education system is in the state of flux. New innovations and ideas are replacing the conventional methods of teaching learning processes. At Dewan Public School International, Meerut we are inducing the young minds by new ways of learning. Mobile lab facility is one of the parts of that innovation. To enhance the knowledge of basic science at junior level a specially designed mobile lab van provided with the science tools, chemicals, and Biology models move to classes to meet the different experimental requirements. Every floor of junior wing has been provided with the facility of mobile lab van.

The modus operandi of facility is controlled by a team of experienced science teachers. The fueling of van by chemicals, equipment, and models is done by the team with the help of applied science department.
